Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 222VZN platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") available at app.222vzn.com and through our mobile applications. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Nature of the Service
222VZN is a two-sided marketplace that facilitates direct connections between performing artists ("Artists") and event organizers ("Promoters") for the purpose of negotiating and finalizing booking agreements ("Bookings"). 222VZN is not a party to any agreement between Artists and Promoters, and does not employ Artists or guarantee the occurrence of any event.
2. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following requirements to use the Platform:

You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).

You have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.

You are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.

You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

You are not acting on behalf of a minor in relation to any Booking.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@222vzn.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You may not create more than one account per individual or organization, impersonate any person, or use another person's account without their explicit permission.
4. Artist Accounts
Artists represent and warrant that:

All profile information, biography, media, genre data, and credentials are accurate, current, and not misleading.

They hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to perform the music and content listed in their profile.

They have the authority to accept bookings and fulfil performance obligations.

They will honour confirmed Bookings except in cases of documented force majeure or mutual cancellation agreed in writing with the Promoter.

Any earnings or fees received through the Platform constitute personal income subject to applicable tax obligations; 222VZN does not withhold taxes.
6. Deal Rooms and Booking Process
When a Promoter sends a booking request, a "Deal Room" is created for direct communication and fee negotiation. A Booking is not confirmed until both parties have agreed on a fee and the Promoter has completed payment through the Platform. Pre-confirmation communications in a Deal Room are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by both parties.
Once a Booking is confirmed and payment is processed, both parties are contractually bound to the agreed terms. Cancellation by either party after confirmation may result in financial liability under the cancellation policy set out below.
7. Payments and Fees
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By using our payment features you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Booking fees are determined by negotiation between the Artist and Promoter in the Deal Room.

Payment is due at the time of Booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed within the Platform.

Platform service fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before payment is collected.

Funds are released to Artists according to our payout schedule, subject to Stripe processing times.

In the event of a disputed payment, we will co-operate with both parties and our payment processor to investigate.

222VZN is not responsible for bank charges, currency conversion fees, or third-party transaction costs.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are as follows:

Cancellations by the Promoter more than 30 days before the event date: eligible for a full refund minus payment processing fees.

Cancellations by the Promoter 8–30 days before the event date: eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations by the Promoter less than 7 days before the event date: no refund; the Artist retains the full booking fee.

Cancellations by the Artist: the Promoter is eligible for a full refund; the Artist may be subject to account suspension for repeated cancellations.

Cancellations by mutual agreement: terms determined by both parties in writing and submitted to support@222vzn.com.

All refund requests must be submitted to legal@222vzn.com within 14 days of the cancellation event. We reserve the right to adjust refund determinations in cases of documented extenuating circumstances (e.g., verified natural disaster, documented serious illness with medical certification).
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about yourself, other users, or 222VZN.

Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against any user based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or any protected characteristic.

Use the Platform to facilitate illegal transactions, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law.
-
Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the Platform.
-
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code.
-
Bypass or circumvent any security, verification, or access control feature.
-
Create fake accounts, ratings, or reviews.
-
Solicit other users to conduct transactions outside of the Platform.
-
Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers without our express written permission.
10. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and original content, is owned by 222VZN and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
By uploading content (photos, bios, media, event details) to the Platform, you grant 222VZN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free lisence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload.
11. Dispute Resolution Between Users
222VZN is not responsible for resolving disputes between Artists and Promoters. We may, at our sole discretion, assist parties in reaching a resolution, but we make no guarantee of outcome. In the case of a payment dispute, we will follow the procedure outlined by our payment processor.
You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with another user in good faith before escalating to 222VZN support or legal action.
